Fine place to work. Could be worse

1. Pumps divison is an excellent team to work with and and has a great work environment. 2. Work provided is technically challenging and you learn a lot.

1. HR is intimidating, unsupportive and disrespectful. There is a lack of empathy in the way HR treats employees. While new hires are given more PTO, they don't even bother to do the same for older employees. 2. There are no growth opportunities for employees. Review process is opaque. You are stuck in the same role for a long amount of time with basic appraisal happening once a year. 3. Company underpays employees and offers very limited benefits.
