1. HR is intimidating, unsupportive and disrespectful. There is a lack of empathy in the way HR treats employees. While new hires are given more PTO, they don't even bother to do the same for older employees. 2. There are no growth opportunities for employees. Review process is opaque. You are stuck in the same role for a long amount of time with basic appraisal happening once a year. 3. Company underpays employees and offers very limited benefits.

Management’s excuse for not getting rid of a disrespectful, and harassing work lead that’s responsible for the loss of well over 1/2 dozen other people, because she has “Too much experience”. But, they have no problem with replacing everyone she causes to leave, because of how she treats them, and they do nothing about it. That’s not good business. Any NORMAL employer would terminate someone who WILLINGLY causes a hostile and unsafe work environment, than to look for another 1/2 dozen workers to replace the ones she’s pushed out the door.
