With this company we are like a big family, which is a great environment to be in. They give you the best training in the business! There is so much opportunity for growth and advancement! You truly can go to the moon and back with this company if you are motivated, and have leadership qualities. :)

I have nothing negative to say about NIle.

Some of the sales tactics they teach you, can be applied to real careers in the future. But do not be fooled, you will go no where with this company.

Your work day consists of driving around "hopping" from plaza to plaza soliciting anyone you see to buy cheap makeup for $10-$20. You are told it's a "numbers game" and if you see 200 people the chances of selling are higher, obviously.. You are brainwashed to think you will be promoted and will eventually own your own "marketing" company. This is a huge pyramid scheme run by Smart Circle and they target young aspiring professionals. I feel sorry for those like myself who were tricked into believing their lies.
