Pros
Some of the sales tactics they teach you, can be applied to real careers in the future. But do not be fooled, you will go no where with this company.
Cons
Your work day consists of driving around "hopping" from plaza to plaza soliciting anyone you see to buy cheap makeup for $10-$20. You are told it's a "numbers game" and if you see 200 people the chances of selling are higher, obviously.. You are brainwashed to think you will be promoted and will eventually own your own "marketing" company. This is a huge pyramid scheme run by Smart Circle and they target young aspiring professionals. I feel sorry for those like myself who were tricked into believing their lies.

From my first day of training with the company, Nile Management Group has made it clear that hard work and dedication will be rewarded. That has certainly proved true for me, as I was able to begin moving up within the company very quickly. It’s a very rewarding feeling to know you work for a company that recognizes and rewards your efforts. My current goal is to make it into the management team in the next year or two.
Cons
It’s hard to think of anything to complain about, honestly. I’ve had great experiences around the office and in the field.
