The people team is genuinely interested in listening to employees and creating solutions that work for everyone. My work schedule is flexible, allowing me to care for my children and handle my responsibilities at home as a single mom. Time off is encouraged and it is recognized that work/life balance is vital to success. The culture is unique and has affected my life in a powerful way, encouraging me to be a leader who sees herself as someone that matters. At Nimbl, we work as a team to accomplish amazing things.
