      They really treat you like a member of the team, give you opportunities to take on tasks and challenges like a full time employee, wonderful music, being able to go to some free concerts

      Cons

      Normal intern work but that was to be expected, it did not take up too much of my time.

      - great work environment - real knowledge/insight into the independent side of the music industry - nice people

      Cons

      some days were slow but they did a good job of actively making sure my time was valued and spent well
