Cons
One of the biggest issues that I faced during my time at Ninja Xpress was the lack of preparedness when it came to managing the mess that comes with logistics. Deliveries would be delayed or misplaced, and the blame would often be shifted from one department to another, with no clear resolution in sight. As an Area Sales Manager, I was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, but it was difficult to achieve this when the backend processes were not streamlined. Another challenge was the constant change in management and company policies. The turnover rate was high, which made it difficult to establish a consistent working relationship with upper management. The lack of stability in the company culture also affected morale among employees, as there was always a sense of uncertainty and apprehension about the future.
