flexible working hours, mostly still wfh even after pandemic medical benefits not as hustle/high paced as what I thought a startup would be
Cons
- new hire in the management position was very discriminative with existing employees. he brought his own people and get rid of the old employees. bad quality of leadership. No real leaders in this company. - high turnaround of employees - uncertain future of the company - individualistic culture - low salary for senior manager level
