Pros

Ninja is growing quickly so there are always new projects to work and and problems to solve. Friendly, happy, driven people in all aspects of the business are fun to work with and great to be around. Management is always available and open to suggestions. Company perks in the office (free lunches) and after work hours (bocce league team, company happy hours) help develop great relations between all employees. High performers are rewarded and low performers are upgraded. Would recommend working here to anyone.

Cons

Sometimes I don't get ALL of my requested snacks, just some. No other complaints, Ninja is an awesome company to work for.

Pros

Strong culture with talented people who genuinely care about customers and product quality. Remote-first environment provides flexibility, leadership is generally approachable, and employees have opportunities to influence products that directly impact customers. The company continues to grow and invest in engineering, creating opportunities for career development.

Cons

Rapid growth and frequent changes in business priorities can create challenges with planning and execution. Customer escalations and urgent initiatives sometimes disrupt roadmap commitments, leading to context switching and shifting expectations. As the organization scales, communication and alignment between teams can occasionally become difficult.

Pros

Great company culture, strong leadership, and incredible teammates. NinjaOne offers plenty of opportunities for professional growth while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment. I'm proud to be part of a company that values its employees and is committed to delivering exceptional results for customers.

Cons

The rapid growth and fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to shifting priorities and evolving processes. Employees need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity. That said, these challenges are typical of a high-growth company and also create opportunities for learning and career.
