Pros

Great product, free lunch and nice colleagues.

Cons

The Account Management and Customer Success team has been a mess ever since the restructure last year. They changed the role from relationship focused to purely sales driven, which wasn't bad if it was actually done properly. But there’s been no real support from management, the team is all over the place, and no one really knows what they’re supposed to be doing. The new structure honestly just feels like it’s made to pay you less. Commissions keep changing and somehow always end up working against the employees. The company keeps growing, but the way company treat their people just keeps getting worse. No career path, and they won't give you a promotion. The company would rather hire externally than promote anyone internally, insane turnover, and everyone is looking for a way out.

Pros

High growth company, that has managed to build a smart, collaborative, & supportive group of peers. The product is pretty great and has a good reputation with customers. Great cosmetic perks - free lunch in office & private health cover

Cons

While on a high growth trajectory, internal processes, onboarding and management is a complete mess, particularly in the APAC region that is largely ignored by the wider company. Compensation is not competitive and recently hired managers/ team leads are woefully inexperienced or - in some cases - dangerously incompetent. Turnover seems extrordinarily high for a company that touts such an amazing culture - but I put this down to a combination of poor pay, absentee management and inconsistent KPI expectations. There have been at least 8 people in less than 4 months that have bailed. Quotas are grossly misaligned for the size of the region and commission plans that promote sandbagging or gutting pricing just to keep your head above water month-to-month. The disappointing thing is that this company looks great on paper - but inefficient management and no clear growth plan is killing its potential.
