Saw some really negative reviews here for US and EMEA, which is unfortunate because they really don't reflect the Sydney office, so I thought I put in my 2 cents on what it's like working for the APAC team. Honestly, the best company I've worked for. Only 20-something people in APAC rn, great people, tight group with a product that people actually really want (Just google best RMM and you'll find out why) There are lots of great things but the highlight for me is Culture. A lot of autonomy with work as long you hit your target. Willing to take a chance on people with no sales experience (Most sales positions don't in my experience) Shoutout to the managers, they really look out for you and put in a lot of work to maintain the culture it has. Lucrative commission structure, much higher than any other entry-level SDR roles I've seen, 50/50 commission structure did put me off first, but later learnt 50% of commission is Team Target, (Never got less than 80% so far ) so it's really 50% base + 25% Team target + 25% personal target. Lots of spiff through the month, because of that, if you hit target, you're really making 125% of on target
