Pros

- Great office located downtown - Awesome people to work with… sincerely the best people I’ve ever worked with who are truly motivated and passionate about what they do - Free lunch from various restaurants on work in office days… they give you a stipend at different restaurants - Free garage parking - Good training program with a very knowledgeable and talented trainer - I had the best manager (Fidel) who truly cares about his team and fought for us. That’s rare. He is someone worth respecting and looking up to. Again, that’s rare. - CEO is often in the office. Sal is the kindest and most humble person which is refreshing - Other company leaders are often visiting the office. They were always great to be around often inspiring us to do better - Lots of fun company competitions, happy hours, team outings and parties. There’s plenty of time to network - WFH 1-2 days per week depending on your quota status - I sincerely loved every single person I worked with and met through NinjaOne. Recruiting does a fantastic job of vetting people. Everyone was super great, smart, caring and ambitious.

Cons

- A bit chaotic of environment due to NinjaOne still being a startup…typical of startups though - Ongoing product and job training is a bit disjointed, but they are trying to smooth things out - Sales operations lacks organization and clarity. We had to spend a lot of time fixing sales ops mistakes - Unattainable quota - It’s hard to get promoted internally - No 401K matching

Pros

The work culture here is fantastic, and you get to work alongside truly great people every single day. As a tech recruiter, the fast-growing environment is incredibly exciting and dynamic. One of the best parts of the job is the massive exposure you get to the overall business and long-term strategy, which really helps you grow your professional acumen

Cons

None that I can think of.
