Apparently they won't look at the personal side of an employee, but the chair (position) instead. Ridicules after ridicules decisions are being taken by generally one person who thinks he's the greatest manager ever. Not open for discussions regarding changes of rules... wake up, were in 21 century! People don't want to be a number.
