Since the new HR manager came in it’s a pure mess. It’s clear that together with the already existing management they are not happy with any person that might have to say something. During the introduction of the new HR strategies they literally told all of us that they won’t look at the person occupying a function but rather look at the chair. They changed the car policy without any signature of acceptance from any employee and still are convinced all of this is absolutely legal. They literally think all of the employees are happy and proud to work for the company but as it is, people are starting to revolt. As their chair does not cover all of the actual work, they just stopped taking responsibilities. What started as a familiar and very healthful company to work for is now a wannabe-multinational with management that doesn’t really have a clue on what they are doing. For now it’s more or less stable as it’s still profitable but as they threat employees as numbers this will quickly escalate. Multiple people within the company who have all proven over and over again their loyalty, blood sweat and tiers are just put aside. Whenever a new policy shows up you get the message, take it or leave it and they aren’t open for criticism or negotiation. I’m very confident this company will break if no quick actions are taken.
