      Thank you for sharing your feedback. We give performance-based raises, design contest bonuses to the top 3 winners, designers of the month bonuses, Christmas bonuses and even promotion from within. The only reason we do not give pay raises and bonuses regularly is if you have poor performance. I'm sorry to hear the position didn't work out for you but wish you all the best.

      It is a multicultural company that leads you to a personal and professional growing and encourage to explore your creativity.

      Cons

      Sometimes the clients need to be more clear about how the company system works and that makes then argue about turn around time when making a request.
