Thank you for sharing your feedback. We give performance-based raises, design contest bonuses to the top 3 winners, designers of the month bonuses, Christmas bonuses and even promotion from within. The only reason we do not give pay raises and bonuses regularly is if you have poor performance. I'm sorry to hear the position didn't work out for you but wish you all the best.

Pros

1. They typically provide opportunities for personal and professional growth. 2. In the event of a mistake, instead of resorting to layoffs, they offer chances for learning and growth. 3. Timely payment is one of their strong suits. 4. They won't micromanage, as long as you deliver your tasks on time, you're okay. 5. You don't have to work after hours, again, as long as you deliver everything before the end of the shift.

Cons

1. The salary doesn't align well with the daily workload, and unfortunately, there are no opportunities for salary increases. 2. The workload can be overwhelming, with numerous revisions from clients each day, leading to quick burnout. The absence of any limits suggests a lack of consideration for employee well-being. 3. There's no system in place to address problematic clients. This means there's no accountability for clients who pay less and are difficult to work with. 4. While they claim to prioritize employee well-being, the reality often falls short. Employees working overnight shifts in different time zones are at risk of compromising their health. Considering this added strain, their compensation should reflect a significant increase. 5. Restructuring the "NoLimit" policy would be beneficial as it currently poses more harm than benefit to the company. The clientele drawn to this unlimited approach often proves to be challenging to work with.
