Pros
- I met some of the greatest people I have worked with, who were really trying to do their best - Decent benefits and salary level
Cons
- Company culture is poor, almost non-existant. People works in silos, trying to achieve the maximum possible results for their own benefits. Sometimes this meant overly risky decisions were made. - Management doesn't seem interested in work environment or in people at all, with the exception of the few traders who were the big money makers. Functions were pretty much an unavoidable need. - Accusations of wrong doings on the financial side severely impacted the people's sentiment of pride from working there (not that it was very high anyway). Management didn't seem to care about this. HR didn't seem to worry about this problem either.
