Pros
The only reason I began to like working there was that the team got along swimmingly. But nothing was organized at all! Rearranged the entire office then our inside teams work flowed smoothly.
My only other pro is they’re always hiring! People quit when they realized who they started working for, or some like me who stuck it out for as long as I could. Or their nonsensical firings.
Cons
Low pay. Below the average for other companies in this field.
Management didn’t know very much as far as running an office, and never a penny spent by waiting for a call to replace an a/c unit for example in above the max temperature for heat. Sent my guys over to give them a temporary one and was chastised for fulfilling a temporary need in the meantime, in the summer heat.
THEY WILL NOT go over company SOPs during training which means the first question you come across you need to find the answer to you have to find it. It’s hundreds of pages, and going with common sense, you can’t expect employees to read them during work, and after work is ridiculous. Changed staff 5 times in 6 months. Low pay/employee satisfaction/upper level management support or instruction = daily misery.
I was instructed day 1 to keep copies of all correspondence in a private folder because uppers would say some things verbally, then say something different when discussing the topic in person. You literally have to keep things to back you up. They will email one thing then come say another very crudely.
