We apologize if the onboarding process did not clearly communicate this to you or aligned with your expectations. As a scale-up, we are constantly learning and refining our processes to create a supportive and engaging work environment for our employees.
Furthermore, we regret that your probationary period coincided with a restructuring phase within the company. Restructurings can be challenging for everyone involved, and we understand that it may have added additional stress and uncertainty during your initial period with us.
