On-Boarding at Nomad was such a breeze and most definitely a smooth transition into my role. From the start, they demonstrated how well-managed the company is. Its a breath of fresh air to work in a place where they take your needs into consideration and work with you to make you most efficient at your job. The culture is extremely comfortable and very progressive. The CEO is understanding and does what he can to help you excel. (Very rare to find!) Overall, I'm happy to have found Nomad.

Absolutely none. If I think of any I’ll update this but for now...the one person who was cool there left ages ago.

Ridiculous hours. Disgustingly low pay. Zero culture. They claim to care about culture and growth when you start but offer no training and expect you to know everything. You learn early on that you can get bonuses by working more hours for clients but you also can’t bill the client additional hours so where’s the logic there? The bonuses are how they justify a low base pay but then there is no bonus. Definitely not an environment that rewards asking any questions due to this situation. Everyone who works here is miserable and the turn over is extremely high. No one speaks to one another during the day and definitely doesn’t hang out after work.
