Pros

- Too few to warrant any mention.

Cons

- Disorganized - Highly political work culture that is on the one hand overly PC while somehow simultaneously somewhat ageist, misogynist, and discriminatory towards Autism spectrum employees. - Very poor diversity. - Lagging years behind the competition. - Still hasn't secured Series A after trying for more than a year. - Offers zero equity to new hire engineers; overall extremely poor compensation package. Bare bones health and dental, no bonus package, well below industry standard salary. - Very poor building security; had an e-bike tampered with multiple times at the building while locked indoors. - Very poor communication across subject matter areas and departments. - More concerned about giving work to vendors who have a historic relationship with a past iteration of the company than building the product. They literally poach tasks from their own engineers to hand off to the vendor, who frequently breaks the SDK threatening relationships with partners, and has very little to show for years of work. - Unimaginative, misinformed approach to VR.

Pros

Such a great VR product made by some of the most talented folks in the industry. You can see the people here love what they do. An awesome tech company in beautiful Marin county and there aren't many of those in this area.

Cons

I love this but for some it might be a concern- this is a dog friendly company.

Pros

- Exposure to new Virtual Technology, both Hardware and Software - Work with some of the biggest Cinematic Entertainment and Video Gaming Veterans - Freedom to express ideas and concerns openly and be heard - Expand your knowledge in several industries ranging from VR, Hardware Development, Mechanical Engineering, Physical Manufacturing - Work in a very physical environment with lots of hands on development, creation and testing - Dog Friendly, Dogs prancing about the office (Could be a con if your allergic to animals) - Excellent workstation equipment, and very high performance based PC's - Social Events and very family like environment (The company is currently at a good intimate size but could change over time as it scales)

Cons

- No Free Food like most Google or Facebook, if that's your thing (I don't care) - Has Dogs if you're allergic (I love them though) - Distance, It is located currently in San Rafael and requires a bridge crossing (Toll) if coming from SF or Oakland (Could be a deal breaker depending on where you are) - Not easy to access through Public Transportation
