      Global client Emirates Airlines in Dubai.

      Cons

      • Inability to properly honour their own contract/signed • Lack of proper leadership/managers that have actual experience in advertising • Long Hours and no compensation or acknowledgement • Insubordination of other employees, complete non-compliance of subordinates, unprofessional behaviour of other employees with little regard of their actual responsibilities • Non-teamplayers and very Machiavellian • No actual Human Resources for employees and company treats employees with little or no regard

      Pros

      Working environment is open and encourages transparency and opinions cross department. HR is quite innovative with their approach to recruitment and maintaining enthusiasm within the company.

      Cons

      The company is still finding its way as a real global agency player outside of Holland & Dubai.

      Great learning from directors and strategists. Small and impactful team works to provide for larger corporate companies. Team with diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Management can be direct and polite to point out challenges or mistakes to help on improvement, instead of shaming purpose.
