Chaos at the top

Pros

Emirates and Pampers as flagship clients 'on board'.

Cons

Some brilliant people hidden in between lots more egos and bullies. The Emirates account creates havoc and financial losses, Pampers isn't a fully retained client; they won a Facebook app and have been using that (it's now 2 years old as an idea). The top leadership clearly don't get along, everyone knows it and this very visible battle influences the behaviour of the rest of the Senior Management (and beyond).

Pros

Global client Emirates Airlines in Dubai.

Cons

• Inability to properly honour their own contract/signed • Lack of proper leadership/managers that have actual experience in advertising • Long Hours and no compensation or acknowledgement • Insubordination of other employees, complete non-compliance of subordinates, unprofessional behaviour of other employees with little regard of their actual responsibilities • Non-teamplayers and very Machiavellian • No actual Human Resources for employees and company treats employees with little or no regard

Pros

The only reason to work in the Dubai office is to do work for a big airline brand with opportunities of doing global work for then.

Cons

This company is rapidly loosing it’s reputation inside the UAE Advertising market because keeps doing the same mistakes with many of it’s employees, by agreeing on terms verbally and changing what was agreed later and by offering jobs to people and asking them to resign their jobs and putting the offer down later on. - Lack of transparency. What was agreed verbally by the management was not delivered. - Bad working hours, working after midnight many times and also during some weekends, because of lack of organization and proper planning. - Lack of a proper local Human Resources that can clarify labour information. - Salaries not competitive enough.
