Pros

I wish there is something positive to say. Perhaps the location. Yeah, the company is located in downtown San Jose right off 87 and in a walking distance to San Pedro market. Not that you'll ever have time to actually walk there on your lunch break. Free gym on site. It closes at 8pm so you'll probably never get to use it either since you're expected to work overtime EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Cons

Very high turnover. Disgruntled employees (for a reason). Unnecesary rigid work schedule for salaried positions. Lunch is strictly 12-1. If you miss the lunch due to a business meeting, you can't leave office to grab lunch after 1. Overtime office culture on a daily basis while still being expected to show up early in the morning next day. Overly controlling and micromanaging owner who has no perception of time and cares very little that you have a personal life. No work/life balance. Performance and dedication is measured by the number of over time hours employees put in and not by the output and results. No opportunity or flexibility for remote work. Benefits or lack thereof suck. Disorganized company, with no processes and procedures in place. The office music chosen by the owner is always either jazz or elevator kind of music that can drive you crazy if you're not into it. My advice - run. Do not work here. No matter how awesome it sounds in the interview, and believe me it will sound fantastic, it is not. Job at this company will suck the life out of you. Run! Save yourself!
