they micromanage you to the fullest extent, so if you are not self driven your activity levels will increase as that is where they focus, rather than results. *if you don't have sales experience this is a good place to learn it and get experience so that you can get the heck out. *if you work here anywhere you go after will be like a whole new world and you will be filled with gratitude *they will pay you well if you do not have good experience because they are desperate to keep employees

Your quality of life will diminish -ghetto area -uses a DOS system for accounting and customer service -uses a free CRM that is a mess and not helpful -not any leadership from talented individuals. -no vacation for a year -you do inventory of the whole warehouse for a week counting. -people drop like flies - no fun or freedom in the office -be prepared to talk in script -this company operates with the "we do things a certain way around here" rather than "results driven terrible benefits
