Pros

they micromanage you to the fullest extent, so if you are not self driven your activity levels will increase as that is where they focus, rather than results. *if you don't have sales experience this is a good place to learn it and get experience so that you can get the heck out. *if you work here anywhere you go after will be like a whole new world and you will be filled with gratitude *they will pay you well if you do not have good experience because they are desperate to keep employees

Cons

-micromanagement to the T -higher management lives in the ice ages and are control freaks. Your quality of life will diminish -ghetto area -uses a DOS system for accounting and customer service -uses a free CRM that is a mess and not helpful -not any leadership from talented individuals. -no vacation for a year -you do inventory of the whole warehouse for a week counting. -people drop like flies - no fun or freedom in the office -be prepared to talk in script -this company operates with the "we do things a certain way around here" rather than "results driven terrible benefits

Pros

NorMed is a place where you’re expected to own your work. Leadership sets direction, but you’re trusted to figure out how to get there. If you like being responsible for outcomes and actually seeing the impact of what you build, it’s a good environment. There’s room to move fast. If something makes sense, you can test it and run with it. Good ideas don’t sit around forever. People are straightforward, focused, and generally supportive.

Cons

It’s not for someone who needs constant direction, but if you’re self-driven and want the ability to perform without someone looking over your shoulder, you’ll do well here.
