Pros

-30% of the employees are great -Product quality -THAT'S IT!

Cons

-C-Level is so disconnected from the employees that it resembles a low budget, Hollywood inspired business themed movie, spoofing the worst case scenario of working for a company. -1990's Field Used Technology -1980's Back Office Server -Very sexist hiring practice. If you are a female/male, you are only eligible for certain positions. They ONLY hire females for their sales positions and ONLY hire males for route drivers.... -The COO has zero business acumen, horrible decision making skills and treats women like dirt. -The CEO (Owner) belittles office workers and ONLY knows how to manager by micro managing ALL employees. - Health benefits are the worst I have ever seen. -Force managers to "inspect" sales rep's houses during every visit, creating a very uncomfortable work environment. -They book 2 star and below hotels for employees. -Zero trust for any of their employees. -Your salary is common knowledge to ALL employees. -NO HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT! Good luck with onboarding and trying to get any HR issues resolved. -NO OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT! I was consistently a top performer and when I asked about a promotion was told "We don't have anything", but they had 2 management positions posted on job boards... -Fear based management. -C level management asks employees to post reviews on glassdoor. -VERY, VERY, VERY negative office environment. -Forget to sign employees up for health insurance, even though they deduct your contribution out of each check, resulting you having to pay out of pocket for doctors visits. -Your bonus is changed monthly to make it unobtainable. If you have a great month, your bonus will change to ensure that it is your last lucrative bonus. - Office is located in an unsafe neighborhood. -Very poor reputation in the industry. Do as much due diligence as possible.

Pros

they micromanage you to the fullest extent, so if you are not self driven your activity levels will increase as that is where they focus, rather than results. *if you don't have sales experience this is a good place to learn it and get experience so that you can get the heck out. *if you work here anywhere you go after will be like a whole new world and you will be filled with gratitude *they will pay you well if you do not have good experience because they are desperate to keep employees

Cons

-micromanagement to the T -higher management lives in the ice ages and are control freaks. Your quality of life will diminish -ghetto area -uses a DOS system for accounting and customer service -uses a free CRM that is a mess and not helpful -not any leadership from talented individuals. -no vacation for a year -you do inventory of the whole warehouse for a week counting. -people drop like flies - no fun or freedom in the office -be prepared to talk in script -this company operates with the "we do things a certain way around here" rather than "results driven terrible benefits
