This company is a great place to grow if you’re starting out in fashion. Nora is incredibly inspiring and actively involved, and the small team is both motivated and knowledgeable. You’ll get hands-on experience working with amazing businesses in the Garment District.

The office itself is a bit cozy, but the location makes commuting super convenient.

You get a pay check every two weeks

The owner truly needs therapy. She has driven multiple contractors and vendors away. She promises them business that she cannot provide. She begs her contractors for lower prices which is often insulting and undermines their business . She doesn’t like to own up to her own mistakes, she often blames things on other people. I’ve walked in to the office numerous times to find her crying about personal problems. She likes to dump her personal problems on her employees. She will also ask you to work after hours. This makes for an horrible work/life balance. All of the good reviews on this page are due to her asking employees to leave a good one. I’d strongly advise you to find another place of employment.
