      Great Job for starting in the fashion industry

      Pros

      Learned so much about all aspects of production, wholesale, sales, design, sourcing, etc. It is a great place to work and I made lifelong friends and connections when I was there. It's been a few years since, but I still speak with Nora and members of the team and help her out when I am able.

      Cons

      You have to be willing to wear a lot of hats. It's both a pro and a con. Pro because you learn a lot about every aspect, con because you get burnt out very quickly.

      Pros

      This company is a great place to grow if you’re starting out in fashion. Nora is incredibly inspiring and actively involved, and the small team is both motivated and knowledgeable. You’ll get hands-on experience working with amazing businesses in the Garment District.

      Cons

      The office itself is a bit cozy, but the location makes commuting super convenient.

      Place where everyone is encouraged to share their own ideas. Possibility to cover different kinds of positions and have an interdisciplinary approach.

      Constantly learning something new, not sure it can be considered a Con
