Pros
I can't share any. They were all leveled down by cons.
Cons
I had a traumatic experience working at this company. I won't enter into details because of privacy reasons. Anyway, like other people here were mentioning, I can say from my experience that the management is a great problem. It looks like there is a rule that most of leadership roles are based in Lithuania which has a very limited pool of talents because of scale (small country with ~2 000 000 people) and this has its consequences. My boss wasn't experienced for this role and was also a very inconsistent and periodically toxic person which made a cooperation difficult. However my boss had full support of company and HR even though it meant the company was breaking law, rules and lost some money. I am afraid that my boss wasn't exception from the rule, at least when it comes to lack of professionalism. I have also observed very irresponsible behaviour by my manager which made me loose trust in the ability of this person to manage business risks properly. What also keep on repeating in the reviews: I had an impression that freedom of speech is limited. You just have to strongly agree with your boss to secure your position in the company. You imagine how it can impact the business. Even though the company claims having great values, it's only on the outside so that they can attract future employees. It is a shameful modus operandi.
