Interesting and unique equipment. Engineers get to work a very wide range of systems and different types of components. Get to be hands on with the final product.

Multiple departments have been too lean for many years. Projects continue to be added, but no additional people to work on them.

Fun environment with an awesome portfolio of products to work on. Good team and good learning environment

The pay could be better
