Anyone who says the CEO is good didn't really work at Nordco

Pros

Pay is actually pretty good, flexibility of hours is good, the people are nice.

Cons

Sales promises the moon to the customers and then engineering never has the time to follow through which equals unhappy customers or stuff done in a rush. The CEO and upper management make up graphs that have no axis labels during company employee meetings to pretend the company is on an upward trend. When asked what the graph means the reply is that its a bunch of stuff combined together. The health insurance got worse every year and became more expensive every year. During the years people who wanted to fix the company were pushed out due to budget cuts. There is no opportunity for advancement either...

Pay and Insurance are pretty nice

Cons

No Leadership. Other employee make you feel guilty for taking your vacation or working from home yet the company states we have flex hours and great work life balance. Decisions are made by one person for all. The CEO sits right in our building but you wont hear a word from him ever nor will you see him.

Cons

Use to be a place that was fun to work at. Now ... It's just not a positive place. CEO and CFO let the culture slide for a quick buck. Really sad to see.
