Interesting and unique equipment. Engineers get to work a very wide range of systems and different types of components. Get to be hands on with the final product.

Multiple departments have been too lean for many years. Projects continue to be added, but no additional people to work on them.

Pay is actually pretty good, flexibility of hours is good, the people are nice.

Sales promises the moon to the customers and then engineering never has the time to follow through which equals unhappy customers or stuff done in a rush. The CEO and upper management make up graphs that have no axis labels during company employee meetings to pretend the company is on an upward trend. When asked what the graph means the reply is that its a bunch of stuff combined together. The health insurance got worse every year and became more expensive every year. During the years people who wanted to fix the company were pushed out due to budget cuts. There is no opportunity for advancement either...
