*TERRIBLE* middle management and not impressed with current upper management. Sure hope new CTO can turn things around but time will tell with him...he has some sharks around him that I'm not so sure have the best interest of the company or organization at heart; they talk a good game but their actions speak volumes about what they think of people, i.e. disposable "resources", and their affinity for politics. Bulk of senior/principal engineers are career climbers / resume builders. What WAS great in past years, the teamwork within and across teams, is now largely gone. I read reviews from fellow software engineers before writing this and have to agree with all that I saw in regards to the poor environment and management. Breaks my heart after over a decade with the company.
