This bank is very old. They tend to favor the wealthy clients more than middle class. There is no room for growth you will be overlooked to hire from the outside. The company also doesn't mind giving extra responsibilities for no pay. The raises aren't even a match to annual cost of living so don't think it will add up to much. The moral in most departments is depressing due to employees not being happy with upper management.
