      Company has been around for over 50 years.

      Cons

      New Management not relationship driven. Unprofessional. Not Consumer or Employee Friendly. Customers are migrating toward other banks. Not a competitive bank without the people and services to stand behind them any longer.

      Lack Of Growth

      Pros

      North Dallas Bank is big on volunteering time to local charities. Offer decent paid time off and benefits. Not much else worth stating.

      Cons

      This bank is very old. They tend to favor the wealthy clients more than middle class. There is no room for growth you will be overlooked to hire from the outside. The company also doesn't mind giving extra responsibilities for no pay. The raises aren't even a match to annual cost of living so don't think it will add up to much. The moral in most departments is depressing due to employees not being happy with upper management.

      Conservative Place to Work. Old Bank

      Pros

      Great Values. Bank has been around for over 50 years. Low turnover.

      Cons

      Hard to advance. Positions have been occupied for a long time. Pay is not that great. Company does not have good Tuition Reimbursement Plan for students.
