Pros

The presence of different nationalities, friendly employees

Cons

Toxic, aggressive, micromanaging boss Refuses to listen to employee recommendations Bringing in foreign employees from the other side of the world for poverty wages, without explaining to them that the gross salary is not the salary they will get Fires tons of employees who have traveled the world for them during their probationary period for ridiculous reasons Verbal aggression from the boss and demoralizing. No raises, bad wages while the company makes millions in profits with 20 employees. Requested to work unpaid overtime Refused to take time off

Pros

It's the ideal company — if you have no other options and are extremely desperate for a job.

Cons

You might not get proper management, but you can be sure there’ll be plenty of micromanagement on a daily basis. It’s a pretty chaotic place, to say the least. Every couple of days, the orientation changes, and the people at the bottom of the ladder get punished for just following the rules that were in place before. Gaslighting, miscommunication, empty feedback, and abusive behavior are as common as the sunrise. And the micromanagement borders insanity. Recently, a big chunk of the permanent workforce was swapped out for Service Providers, who are held to the same standards but have fewer rights than a gecko in a movie theater line. They don’t even get privacy when it comes to their pay, since until a couple of weeks ago, the company completely failed at keeping the invoices of all the Service Providers confidential (they were visible to everyone in the system). Salary policy? Forget it. New hires come in earning more than the leaders who’ve been there for months or years. And if they don’t like it, they’re probably getting demoted or fired. It’s frustrating, to say the least. You might be a good professional, you might know you’re doing a good job (at the very least), but every day you’re gaslighted into feeling like you’re worth less than trash.
