Pros

I really enjoyed interacting with people every day and helping protect their family and possessions. The meetings were motivating that we had before we would head out to the field.

Cons

Way to many cons outweighed the pros. Their ethical skills are not there. All promises to reps and none kept. Business there is done terribly, and without much thought of the person they are making the sale to. Not to mention you make no money. The managers and the people on top are the only ones to make money. Training is not where I feel it should be, they are all about you do it yourself. Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with you just getting out there and figuring it out, but what if I want to learn your ways and be just as successful? If you are offered an interview, run.

Pros

This was a great place for a college job to learn and grow. Lots of fun people and activities.

Cons

It's still a door to door alarm company and all the stigmas are still true. They just care about closing contracts and not about the honesty of the sale.
