Pros

I worked for this company for one season. I made money right off the bat, as I bought into the [lack of] values and (im)moral standpoint on sales.

Cons

- Zero professionalism I STOPPED MAKING MONEY WHEN I STARTED BEING COMPLETELY HONEST WITH CUSTOMERS - Trained to believe that avoiding the truth isn't lying - Honest, up-front sales tactics are looked down upon - Standing up for a moral approach to sales will get you alienated within your office - The shadier the sales story, the funnier/ better (off the record, of course -__-)

Pros

I really enjoyed interacting with people every day and helping protect their family and possessions. The meetings were motivating that we had before we would head out to the field.

Cons

Way to many cons outweighed the pros. Their ethical skills are not there. All promises to reps and none kept. Business there is done terribly, and without much thought of the person they are making the sale to. Not to mention you make no money. The managers and the people on top are the only ones to make money. Training is not where I feel it should be, they are all about you do it yourself. Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with you just getting out there and figuring it out, but what if I want to learn your ways and be just as successful? If you are offered an interview, run.

Pros

They will pay you more per account than anyone else. You will be able to learn from some great salesmen.

Cons

The payroll department messes up frequently and you have to fight to get what they owe you. Customers can cancel just by saying you lied even if you didn't.
