I have worked in this industry for over 7 years in sales. I came to NorthStar only three months ago. I can say that the difference in culture between NorthStar and my previous company is astronomical. NorthStar culture is guided from the top down. Everyone in NorthStar is approachable, helpful and caring, no matter their level of seniority. Ego is set aside. I walk into work everyday happy to be here. Operations supports sales and sales supports operations. Its a partnership that I have not seen anywhere else. How our clients are treated is also above expectations. We are not flawless, yet we own mistakes and we treat clients (internal and external) with the utmost respect with genuine care.
