      There is a true commitment to member service.

      Cons

      Behind the scenes, the member service angle is a facade. The word culture is used to portray a sense of team work and commitment to employees. In reality, the organization is a nightmare. CEO Dan StHilaire is to be blunt, a passive aggressive bullly.

      Pros

      Great culture, very supportive coworkers, love the community out reach, pay is great, management is awesome, very accommodating of work/home life balance. I 100% will stay here and retire from here when the time comes. I've worked at other financial institutions and this is the first one that I'm 100% proud of who I work for, and what I do.

      Cons

      If you don't fit into the culture here you'll hate it, it's not for everyone, but that's kinda a good thing.

      Truly hated every single second.

      Cons

      There were no pros to working here. Leadership was awful and nepotism was rampant.
