Egos and nepotism run rampant with senior level management. If you aren't within the CEOs control and align with him 100% you're destined to be alienated, insulted, and disrespected by the inner circle. He is condescending and rude and has the temperament of a tired toddler. This is a really good example of a ship, sailing. Above the water, everything looks great to someone on the outside. Under the deck is a bunch of individuals running around frantically with 100 different directions and no clear definition of what they should actually be doing. It depends solely on which side of the bed their CEO wakes up on.
