Pros
There’s an emphasis on continuous growth and constant improvement. I'm always learning new things. We’re also all striving to become better and surpass our goals. Everyone on the team is super supportive and friendly. Also, celebrating individual wins and a job well done is a big part of the culture. Furthermore, they have been proactive and understanding during this pandemic. They already had systems in play to make moving to remote work seamless. And they were great with securing PPE for our technicians who still had to go to site. Also they would update us about where we could get vaccinations once they became available. Management is very involved with the daily operations of the company which is great because it means that they get a real sense of what's going on and the work that's being done.
Cons
You need to be a hard worker to keep up with this fast paced environment. But that means you are always busy and never bored.
