      Friendly Co-workers, Flexible, and Rewarding to see students progressing.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn’t care about feedback from teachers until it’s too late. They would rather put their money in end of year graduation show and other events that parents will see instead of everyday supplies that will enhance the learning experience for the children. Expect training to be done outside of work hours with no compensation.

      Friendly director and looks nice from the outside

      Cons

      Super low pay, don’t care too much about maintaining proper ratios so licensing is always stopping by randomly, you can tell the new owners are money driven.
