Upper management doesn’t care about feedback from teachers until it’s too late. They would rather put their money in end of year graduation show and other events that parents will see instead of everyday supplies that will enhance the learning experience for the children. Expect training to be done outside of work hours with no compensation.

The pay is low considering the number of children you are responsible for and the behavior difficulties you encounter.
