Pros

The pay is pretty competitive for the industry. You get sick time and vacation time not just pto like most companies. Most of the people you will see on a daily basis are very friendly.

Cons

There is no work life balance. You will work far more then you signed up for and management expects you to sacrifice everything else to put NEI first in your life. Nothing less will do. You also need to make sure you keep any opinions to yourself as management has a hard time keeping personal opinions and work separate. Chad being the worst offender. The companies values only apply when it’s to the company’s benefit.
