Pros
Stable environment. Reasonable work expectations. Kind people, depending on the office you're in. A good place to land to get work experience, or if you have a spouse with a higher paying job.
Cons
Decent benefits (although recently reduced). Little opportunity for advancement past a certain point. Very low pay and minimal increases that do not keep up with inflation.
