Too many to list but below are a few Horrible scheduling. Some crew gets maximum hours while others get minimum hours. No pay protection. If they remove a trip from your schedule you lose the hours and pay. They have no consideration for needed rest time on layovers. Eight days off monthly. If you are not on an actual trip the remaining days you are on standby or reserve. Abhorrent executive and management teams at both Norwegian and OSM Aviation. Constant lies. No communication. No transparency. Inconsistencies between departments and even within the same departments. Working as an outsourced employee from OSM Aviation to Norwegian Air. Norwegian constantly taking away from customers and crew trying to save money.
