Pros

Great benefits; medical, dental, and vision. Paid vacation time and holidays. Hybrid meant 3 days working in-office and 2 days working from home. The company provides you with a work laptop.

Cons

This company was great to work for while it was under Ben Chodor. The new CEO, Nimesh Dave has completely changed that. Notified is one of many services under the Intrado/West umbrella. Under Nimesh's control, the company continues to cut corners wherever possible. This includes consolidating as many services they provide and assigning additional tasks such as customer service and sales to editors who are already swamped with major press releases. Employees are consistently compared unfairly to one another. Managers expect an editor with 3 years of experience to produce the same quantity and quality of product as an editor who has been there for 10+ years. The burnout is consistent and strenuous.

Pros

predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

Cons

Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
