      Pros

      Love working at Notion. Culture is amazing and they actually care about employees. Product moves fast. Huge potential for impact. Fun place for smart people if you like figuring things out in a fast environment.

      Cons

      Sales org has growing pains right now. Most of your entry reps don’t seem interested in AE roles. Promotions feel random. Reps figure it out on their own. Sales enablement is rushed. Top AEs leaving elsewhere is worrying. The Personality hires need to stop
