The work environment is positive, collaborative, and encourages continuous learning. Overall, it has been a valuable and rewarding experience.

      Pros

      The other contractors they hire are great people and hard workers.

      Cons

      Red flags everywhere. Illegal time sheet modifications. They micromanage while you are working on client projects. Questionable business ethics in that they have contractors with clients also hold management positions internally. Overtime is paid to those in the management position and not the contractor earning the pay. This company should seriously be investigated for federal labor act violations.
